--- PLEDGE
After reading a page or 2 or 10 or 20, one can wait a minute or a couple, then pray to God for the strength and force and will to continue reading and pledge that one will continue reading within a certain amount of time. (such as 3 or 5 minutes). since to lie to God is most horrible, but the pledge not too overwhelming, one can almost force oneself to continue.

also, how to get oneself back to reading it. how to move from everyday to almost always to always.
or from everyday (1+), to a often (20+), to very often (+50), to almost always (100+), to always (?)
--- SAVITRI MATHS 2
if it takes about 5 minutes to read 2 pages of Savitri (outloud or in the mind), then that is 12 pages in 30 minutes. If one reads half the waking day, that is 96 pages. Which means my one day of 180 pages was literally an entire day. regardless since 100 is more than sufficient one just need to take no more than a 5 minute break after every 2 pages. or one must keep a log of when one woke up, how much one has read and if one is ahead or behind schedule. such scheduling could force a slow or fast progress.
--- TIPS
- every page counts, and so reading 1 page before every cigarette is much better than none.
- pray during dry spells for the fire to return
- when the fire seems obscured, resist other calls
- supplementary practices
- read 2 pages, then take a break of 10 to 1000 conscious breaths
--- SETS
There is strong merits to pledging to at least 1 or 2 pages, because often when the page is turned there is a momentum which may carry on another 2 if not more. For this reason there is a value in trying to do at least.. lets say 25 2 page sets. Forms a minimum of 50 with a potential that is way higher.
