--- NOTES
I was thinking about the potential merits of Kendama training aside from fun and coolness, and in practice so far there are a few. One is concentration, as if I am not concentrating its like impossible. Related to that seems stillness. Everything else in myself needs to be quieted so I can concentrate freely, in a lucid air of sorts. Third is error correction, after I fail a move, it is not enough to just do it again but to state why I failed, which requires a greater or deeper awareness of what happened. As if I am not paying enough attention it wont be seen.
- Concentration also seems to be potentially the key ingredient in slowing time down, which makes doing the moves possible.
- But despite those goodnesses, it needs to be made into a spiritual practice somehow. Otherwise it would be a fall from other higher activities and should be scrapped. To gain concentration, awareness and stillness or quietude may be sufficient but still..
